How to request account deletion
- Sign in to the Moltips app, or sign in on the Moltips web version with the account you want to delete.
- In the app, go to "Me > Profile > Delete Account" to start the request. On the web, sign in first and follow the on-page steps to submit the deletion request.
- Review the confirmation notice and submit the deletion request. If your account uses Sign in with Apple, Apple verification may be required again before deletion.
If you cannot use the app
If you have uninstalled the app, cannot sign in, or cannot access the in-app deletion entry, you can request deletion by email. Include your Moltips account, registered email, or sign-in method so support can verify your identity and help process the deletion request.
What happens to your data
- Account profile data, nickname, avatar, and sign-in binding details directly associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized.
- Coins, free tickets, subscriptions, and related benefits will be cleared and cannot be restored after deletion.
- Local cache and preferences on your device can be removed by signing out, clearing cache, uninstalling the app, or clearing browser data.
What may still be retained
- Order, subscription, and entitlement records may be retained for a reasonable period for legal, financial, tax, audit, or dispute-handling purposes.
- Chat records, reports, abnormal logs, and security risk-control records may be retained for the time needed to support service security, complaint handling, and abuse investigations.
- Information that must be kept under applicable law will not be deleted immediately and will be handled after the legally required or reasonable retention period ends.
Processing time
We will process deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible after completing the required identity verification. If subscriptions, payments, disputes, security, or regulatory requirements require extra steps, we will explain the next steps through the support flow.
